Quality, Care, and Always Fair

PRICE ESTIMATES are based on time, difficulty, and distance to the project. I travel within a 30-mile radius of my shop. Every 5 miles over will be another $10. PROJECTS NOT PAID FOR BY THE DAY OF WORK WILL HAVE A 20% WEEKLY FEE. I will provide an estimate before work begins. Please have payments ready the day of your appointment.

Demo Clean Up

I will always clean up smaller projects with little to no charge. This category is for larger demolitions. My truck bed can haul moderate amounts, and I have a 16' trailer for large clean ups

These prices will be based on each specific project and what kind of materials are needed for the project. I try to provide parts/pieces the actual day of work. It avoids drive time and saves you money! Pictures and information are key to saving in this area. Helping me with the information saves you time and money!

If you have an emergency (broken water lines/roof leaks/extra set of hands) feel free to call! Rain, Snow, Night or Sunshine! I will make you my top priority and get your problem resolved as quickly as possible. This fee applies during or after normal working hours. Every hour after is $100

I will always be there to help! I am not responsible for manufacturing defects, broken parts, or other people's work. I do carry workers comp/ gen. liability insurance
